"Didn’t feel special enough as a gift"
I bought this as a gift, but it came across a little too practical and not very exciting. The packaging was okay, but it didn’t really have that nice “gift” feel to it. I also wasn’t totally sure about the overall quality when I saw it in person, so that made me second-guess it a bit. It might be fine for someone who specifically asked for it, but in my case, it didn’t really land the way I hoped.

"Pretty handy refill option"

"An Easy Swap That’s Been Working Well for Me"
I’ve been using The Dirt for a little while now, i don’t really have any complaints. Ordering it was simple, it showed up without any hassle, and it’s been easy to work into my normal routine. I wasn’t looking for anything overly complicated, just something that felt like a better swap from what I was using before, and so far this has checked that box for me. It works well, feels good to use, and I’d say it’s been a smooth experience overall

I use this in my front loader and overall it does a solid job. The clothes come out clean and the scent is really nice without being too much. The only thing I’ve noticed is that on quick cycles, the powder doesn’t always fully dissolve, so it’s not quite as effortless with my machine as I expected. Still decent, just something to keep in mind if you run a lot of short washes

Not gonna lie, I didn’t think my kids’ muddy shirts had much hope, but they came out way better than I expected. Even an old tomato stain was mostly gone, which surprised me.

I’ve been using the subscription for a few months now, it’s been really handy not having to remember to reorder every time. The products usually arrive on time, and the packaging is nice and simple without feeling wasteful. One delivery did take a bit longer than expected, but to be fair, they got it sorted, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’ll keep it going for now

I’ve been using The Dirt Company’s laundry liquid and so far I’m happy with it. I like that they seem genuinely focused on using less plastic and better ingredients, and the refill packs are really convenient. Our washing comes out clean and fresh, so no complaints there. Delivery did take a little longer than I was expecting, which is why I’d give it 4 stars, but overall it’s been a good experience. I’d say it’s worth trying if you’re looking for a more thoughtful laundry option.

"Less plastic, which is nice"
I’ve been using the Dirt refills for a few months now it’s been a good little switch. My laundry cupboard isn’t full of bulky plastic stuff anymore, and the bottles are still holding up fine. It just feels better not throwing those big jugs out all the time, especially with how that all adds up.

"Worked well, with a little extra effort"
It got most of the stains out, which was great, but I did have to scrub a bit more than I expected. Not a huge deal, just took some extra effort in a few spots. Overall it worked well, well for the price.

I ordered the laundry strips and somehow got the refill packs instead, which was frustrating because I was ready to try them right away. I mean, not a huge disaster or anything, but still annoying when you’re expecting one thing and open the box to something else. Customer support did sort it out, so that part was fine, but the whole mix-up was just kind of a hassle.

I got the starter kit i’m feeling good about it so far. The bottles feel sturdy and not cheap at all, and everything was packed neatly, which was a nice little mood boost when I opened it. The only thing keeping it from a full 5 stars is that one pump was a bit stiff at first, which was mildly annoying, but it’s working fine now. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely buy the refills.

I do like the idea behind this and the products have worked fine for me, so I don’t really have any major complaints. They’re nice to use and the refills last a decent amount of time. That said, for the price, I’m not totally convinced it’s the best value for my household. I kind of get the feeling you might be paying a bit extra for the concept or branding, but that’s just my guess. Compared to regular supermarket options, it still feels a little expensive. I’d maybe buy it again, but probably not every time...
